Elliot Goldstein, PhD
Founder and CEO
During the first 12 years of his career, Dr. Goldstein was the clinical director of a nationally renowned 70-inpatient bed adolescent drug treatment program (originated from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute). Following this, he continued to work in psychiatric hospital administration where he received several awards for the excellence of his clinical programs. AllCare, under Dr. Goldstein's direction developed one of the largest psychiatric mobile response teams in Los Angeles County; the success of this program led to Allcare's 24/7 centralized call center and the opening of several clinics. Dr. Goldstein has authored several research publications, spoken at national conferences throughout the world, trained medical residents, and has served as a guest expert in substance abuse treatment for many television and radio shows.
Dr. Goldstein has been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 30 years and is a qualified medical examiner.
