Rose Ochoa
Director of Community Relations

Rose Ochoa, Director of Community Relations, has been with Allcare over eight years. Because she has occupied various positions within the agency, Rose has a great knowledge of all aspects of AllCare's activities and what they mean to the community we serve. Administratively, Rose insures that AllCare's contracts are current and approved. She also serves as a liasion between AllCare clinicians, government agencies, and other treatment providers. Rose is especially proud of her development and ongoing relationship with the California State Victims of Crime (VOC) Program. Through VOC, AllCare treats hundreds of women, children, and families who have been abused or assaulted; the VOC program helps clients reclaim their lives.

In addition, Rose is responsible for monitoring the AllCare centralized call center and providing assistance as needed. With hundreds of calls coming into the center daily, Rose helps to assure that rapid responses for appointments and referral information is handled expeditiously and compassionately. Because of Rose, AllCare maintains a clinical staff that is multilingual and able to work with the diverse cultural and language needs of the local population.
